DDoS Attack – Shared Server – win-webpro01

:: Update, 1:45pm EST, 1/18/2016 ::

The null route was temporarily lifted; however the attack was still occurring. Due to the intensity of the attack, the null route will be in effect permanently on the shared IP 67.59.136.111. If your site is currently using this shared IP on win-webpro01, please contact Support and we’ll assign you with a new IP address exclusive to your site. The change will take about an hour to come into effect once we assign your new IP. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

:: Original Post ::

We are currently experiencing a Denial of Service attack against the shared server win-webpro01. All sites on this server using the shared IP address 67.59.136.111 are currently down as we had to null route the IP (starting at 4:00pm EST 1/15/2016) to prevent further impact. Most Denial of Service attacks can last up to 24 hours. The null route will be reevaluated after this 24-hour period; if the attack has subsided, the IP will be routed back to the server. We will continue to add updates to this blog post.

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

If you have any questions, please submit a ticket to the Support team.
