DDoS Attack – Shared Server – win-cf10

:: Update 2/18 10:20AM ::

The null route was reverted temporarily; however, as of about 5:30AM Eastern on Thursday 5/18, our Network Operations team found the attacks have not yet subsided. As a result, the null route of the IP has been extended for another 24 hours. We will post further updates to this blog when available. Thank you for your patience.

:: Update 2/16 3:15PM ::

We were able to mitigate the attack against the server and lifted the null route 2 hours ago.

We are currently experiencing a Denial of Service attack against the shared server win-cf10. All sites on this server using the shared IP address 67.59.136.83 are currently down as we had to null route the IP to prevent further impact. Most Denial of Service attacks can last up to 24 hours or possibly more. The null route will be reevaluated after a 24-hour period; if the attack has subsided, the IP will be routed back to the server. We will continue to add updates to this blog post.

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
