SpamExperts – Increase in legitimate emails being caught as SPAM

A recent update to SpamExperts’ filtering appears to have caused an increase in false positives for the spam filter.  Senders who are affected by this tend to see bounce backs that look similar to the one below:
———————————————————————————————————
mx13.antispamcloud.com rejected your message to the following e-mail addresses:

recipientemailaddress@domain.tld(recipientemailaddress@domain.tld)

mx13.antispamcloud.com gave this error:

IP address is listed on se-reputation.rbl.spamrl.com as a source of dictionary attacks.

A problem occurred during the delivery of this message to this e-mail address. Try sending this message again. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.
———————————————————————————————————

These messages are still quarantined in SpamExperts, however, so they can be accessed and released by logging into the SpamExperts portal at https://www.spamlogin.com

We are working with SpamExperts support to correct this and will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.
