What is it?
Solutions is your 1-stop shop for Solutions to your issues. You can submit support requests (after logging in with your Control Panel credentials), view our knowledgebase and see all upcoming maintenance and company news.
Why use it?
If you are submitting a ticket to our Support or Billing team, as you type in your questions, Solutions is looking at what you write and will provide knowledgebase suggestions that solve your issue! Contacting us to help setup email on your iPhone or Android device? Chances are we have a KB for that and the Solutions Center will show you the KB’s so you never have to wait for a response.
Also, once you are logged in, you can see all of your open and closed tickets and make updates real-time that our Support and Billing teams will see. Again, if you have a critical issue such as an outage, we want you to call us right away!
