The permissions issues have been fixed on this server on 12/9/2016. If you are on this server and find any sites issues then please contact the support department.
Currently the server is down due to permissions issues on the web root directories. The vendor is working to resolve this issue and the sites on the server will come back online once they have corrected the problem.
