Update to the Hardhead server issues. This has been resolved. We replaced part of the RAM. Once we did this the server booted as normal.

Hello,
We have just found out that the server Hardhead experienced a hardware failure today. At this time, services are down. Our Operations department is swapping out the RAM now. If that does not resolve the problem, we will have to swap out the entire chassis. I will keep you posted as more information becomes available on the status of the server and the progress we are making with getting it restored.
