Shared server, “Kerouac” currently not resolving websites

The server is now back up and running.  It was determined to be a problem with the ColdFusion service.  Simply restarting the service corrected the issue and all sites are now resolving as expected.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We are currently aware that the server, Kerouac, is currently not resolving any sites at the moment.  This has been going on for approximately 15-minutes (10:30am EST).

Our Platform Administration team is currently working on the server to ensure a quick resolution.  We will continue to post updates here as they come in.  This is our top priority at the moment!
