Today many of our users have started to experience issues connecting to their shared mailservers to send and receive email. The HostMySite Platform Administration team is fully aware of the issue and working to quickly resolve it.
In the interim, you should try to connect to your webmail via any browser using http://mail.yourdomain.xyz. If you want to still connect securely, you will need to use either Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari. You will receive a message regarding an Untrusted Connection. It is safe to proceed.
We hope to have this resolved by 11:30am Eastern on August 25th (Today).
