UPDATE
The Support team has corrected the issues that were disrupting SSL/TLS connections to some shared email servers.
The previous SSL certificate for *.safesecureweb.com was set to expire on 1/19/2015. Yesterday afternoon, Support began the procedure to update all the *.safesecureweb.com SSL certificates across the shared web and email servers. Most of the servers were updated without error; however some of the SmarterMail servers experienced an issue where the new SSL certificate was not being seen by the SmarterMail web interface or services such as SMTP or POP over SSL/TLS. After manual intervention across the problematic servers, the services are all returning the new SSL certificate with an expiration date in 2018 properly.
If you’re still experiencing any issues retrieving your email over an SSL/TLS connection, please contact our support team at 1-877-215-HOST (4678) or submit ticket by logging into https://solutions.hostmysite.com so we can troubleshoot further.
We appreciate your patience during this outage.

Hello,
In updating our SSL certificates for our shared mail servers, an unexpected issue occurred, causing many servers to display invalid SSL errors.
We are presently working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, though during this point in time, you may see errors when trying to use an email client on your computer or mobile device. To work around this, we would recommend using the webmail client for utilizing email during this time.
As we have more updates, we will post them here to keep you apprised of the situation.
If you have any questions, please contact our support team at 1-877-215-HOST (4678) or submit ticket by logging into https://solutions.hostmysite.com.
Thank you for your patience.
