Exchange Migration help for Autodiscover

Hello!

If your Exchange account has not automatically updated via autodiscover, please follow these steps below:

Access your account settings-

-for Outlook 2010 go to File> Account Settings> Account Settings (from drop down)> select your Exchange account and then click change and then follow steps below.

-for  Outlook 2007 go  to tools> Account Settings> select your Exchange account and then click change and then follow steps below.

-for Outlook 2003 go to tools> Email Settings> select your Exchange account and then click change and then follow steps below.

1.Change the server to: EXCAS01

2. Uncheck: Use Cached Exchange Mode

3. Click More Settings

4. Click Connection tab

5. Click Exchange Proxy Settings

6. Change the URL to: exch.myexchangeemail.com

7. Click Okay, Okay, Next, Finish

8. Exit Outlook

9. Reopen Outlook and enter the new Exchange password you received in an email from us on Friday

10. Once Outlook is connected and downloading messages successfully,

go back into your account settings using the steps above and check the box for Cached Exchange Mode again.
