You should have received an email from us on Friday, outlining the new changes to our exchange environment.
We went live with the new environment on Monday, 7/14/2014 at 2 AM EDT, at which point you were able to use the new password to receive email.
We request that you do not change your password until 7/18/2014, so that we can do a final pass and make sure we get any email that may have been missed during the final transition.
Should you need to access the webmail for the new servers, you can do so at https://exch.myexchangeemail.com/owa. The old webmail address will also be updated to point to the new system on 7/17/2014.
Once the new Exchange environment is up and running on Monday, you may need to restart your email client(Ex. Outlook) to detect the new Exchange server and at that time you will be prompted for your new password listed above.
