Description: Our support ticketing software vendor will be performing system maintenance.
Locations Affected: All customers will be affected.
Impact: The maintenance should have little or no impact to our support ticketing system. In the event of a service interruption, HostMySite customers will not be able to create, view, or modify tickets in the HostMySite Customer Control Panel (https://my.hostmysite.com/). Online chat may also be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Contact: HostMySite’s 24×7 telephone support will still be available during the entire maintenance period and customers may call HostMySite Support at 877-215-4678 if needed.
