Our phone systems are still intermittent at this time. All other services should be normal. We are continuing to investigate phone issues. We will continue to provide updates.

We have disabled the upstream provider. We are currently monitoring network traffic to ensure normal functionality.

We have isolated these issues to a large amount of traffic coming in on one of our upstream providers. This is causing intermittent packet loss. Our networking team is currently working on disabling this provider, at which point normal services should be restored. We will update again shortly with more information

We are currently experiencing some issues with our phones and servers in the Newark Datacenter. We are aware of these issues and currently investigating. We will provide an update once we know more.
