Shared Email- SmarterMail and Hosted Exchange delayed

Our outbound shared mail servers are currently experiencing intermittent delays of up to 4 hours for some customers. This appears to be affecting half of our servers. We are investigating the the situation and working to resolve the issues and have mail moving as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. We will continue to post updates here as we get more information.
