We have discovered a hardware issue with Heron, so will be working to migrate all active websites to a new, stable web server. All customers will be contacted directly with further details on their site’s migration.

As of approximately 3:00am, the shared ColdFusion web server Heron is experiencing an outage that may last a few hours this morning. The server is currently performing a bare metal restore to restore the server to its former functionality. If you are hosted on this server and your site is down, please check this blog post for any updates.
