We wanted to update everyone on the progress of the Exchange migration that was recently performed.
At this time we have completed the following steps:
1) All customers have had 2 data passes completed.
2) New accounts have all old email data accessible, with the exception of the 7/3-7/10 time period.
3) The 3rd data pass, the Delta pass, is taking place now. This will fill in any missing emails from 7/3-7/10.
All new mail is flowing to the new Exchange boxes. You will still have access to your old email account if needed.
We will be updating DNS on the old exchange boxes on Thursday, 7/17. This will complete having the old Exchange boxes officially cut over to the new boxes.
