:: Update, 8:11am EST, 2/1/2016 ::

The null route has been lifted; however there is an issue still occurring on the server.  At this time, we are continuing to work towards restoring service for all customers as soon as possible.  Additional updates will be posted as they become available.  Thank you for your patience and understanding!

:: Original Post ::

We are currently experiencing a Denial of Service attack against the shared server win-cf10. All sites on this server using the shared IP address 67.59.136.83 are currently down as we had to null route the IP to prevent further impact. Most Denial of Service attacks can last up to 24 hours or possibly more. The null route will be reevaluated after a 24-hour period; if the attack has subsided, the IP will be routed back to the server. We will continue to add updates to this blog post.

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

If you have any questions, please submit a ticket to the Support team.
