We have successfully fixed the issue with access the Azure Portal. You will now also be able to spawn new VMs. We also have fixed the issue regarding the provision of new Azure Plans.

We are currently experiencing an issue on the Azure Platform. Currently the Azure Portal is inaccessible. During this downtime, no new VM’s can be spawned.
