There are currently network latency issues and packet loss along the Level3 internet backbone that have been occurring since this morning. As a result, some customers may be experiencing slower loading times or connectivity issues to our servers. These issues are beyond Support’s ability to control; however we’re actively monitoring the status as it progresses.
