The Null route has been lifted as the attack has stopped. If the attack continues it will be null routed again. We will post any updates as we have them if the issue persists. At this time mail functionality on the server should be running. Please contact support with any continued issues
We are currently experiencing a Denial of Service attack against the shared Mail server Goose known as mail40.safesecureweb.com. All Mail Traffic on this server using the shared IP address 65.36.177.219 are currently down as we had to null route the IP to prevent further impact.
Most Denial of Service attacks can last up to 24 hours or possibly more. The null route will be reevaluated after a 24-hour period
