DDoS Attack: Shared Mail Server: Goose mail40.safesecureweb.com

The Null route has been lifted as the attack has stopped. If the attack continues it will be null routed again. We will post any updates as we have them if the issue persists. At this time mail functionality on the server should be running. Please contact support with any continued issues

Issues Sending Email to Verizon and Network Solutions

Blacklisting issues remain on our outbound email servers sending to Verizon and Network Solutions addresses. These two companies are still blocking our network and have not offered a means of removing ourselves from this list. Our System Administrators continue to work on implementing a solution that can resolve these issues long term. Thank you.

Intermittent Issues Sending Email to
Comcast or Network Solutions

Customers using HostMySite email servers to host their email may experience intermittent issues sending mail to Comcast addresses, or other email addresses hosted by Network Solutions (or web.com). The issues with Comcast and Network Solutions are due to web.com blocking some of our outbound email IP addresses.

Current AOL Mail Issues

We continued to monitor all outbound email traffic from our network to the AOL network over the last 24-hours and still report no delays.  At this time we consider this matter closed, however, we will continue to monitor all outbound traffic to ensure continual delivery.
