Scheduled Maintenance: Ticket Management System Upgrade

Date and Time of Maintenance: January 7, 2019 2:00 am – 6:00 am EST (7:00 am – 11:00 am GMT)

Description: Our vendor will be performing an upgrade of on our ticketing system.

Locations Affected: All customers will be affected.

Impact: We expect less than 30 minutes of downtime for our ticket management system to complete this upgrade. During this time, customers will be unable to create, view or modify tickets in the Customer Control Panel ( and our online chat will be unavailable. Phone support will still be available during the entire maintenance.
