Customers using HostMySite email servers to host their email may experience intermittent issues sending mail to Comcast addresses, or other email addresses hosted by Network Solutions (or web.com). The issues with Comcast and Network Solutions are due to web.com blocking some of our outbound email IP addresses.
We are currently working directly with web.com to resolve these issues as soon as possible. If you receive any bounceback errors or have delivery issues sending to a user on those networks, you will have try again at a later time. You can check this blog post for any future updates.
