We have determined the issue with the Apache restarts to be with a maintenance task that, when run, would restart Apache. We have disabled this task from running in the future and do not anticipate any further issues with the server.

Apache services on our shared server Ladyluck is currently experiencing an issue whereApache stops approximately every 20-30 minutes. We do not have an exact cause at this time and our Platform Administration team is investigating the issue.
As we have more information, it will be updated here. This is our top priority and our Platform team will continue to work on this until resolution.
